With moistened hands (this will be sticky), shape the meat mixture into 1 inch balls. Roll the meatballs in bread crumbs until well coated. Arrange the meatballs in a single layer on shallow baking pans. Drizzle melted butter over the meatballs. Bake at 375 F, turning 3 or 4 times, until evenly browned, about 35 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile, make the creamy dill sauce by melting the butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Whisk in the flour till smooth. Gradually stir in the chicken broth. Continue stirring until thickened and bubbly, then blend in sour cream, dill and seasonings.<\/li>\n<li>Place meatballs in a serving dish and cover with the sauce. Strain the seeds out using a cheesecloth or a fine sieve. Pour the red berry juice back into the pot and bring to a boil. Add sugar, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.<\/li>\n<li>In a small bowl, mix the potato starch with cold water until it is syrupy. Then add it to the boling berry juice, stirring constantly. As soon as it thickens, remove the pan from the heat and pour it into individual glass dishes. Sprinkle the tops with sugar to prevent a skin from forming.<\/li>\n<li>Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with whipped cream just before serving. Use red and white Lego&#8217;s to construct the Denmark flag.<\/p>\n<p>For Christmas Danish children will create paper heart baskets called Flette Jule-Hjerter. You&#8217;ll need two different colors of construction paper, scissors and a pattern. (You can use this pattern from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kiwicrate.com\/projects\/Danish-Woven-Paper-Heart-Baskets\/710\">craft-ideas-for-kids.com<\/a>.) After you cut out the pieces from the pattern, weave them together. Use glue to help hold the pieces together if desired. The two sides of the heart open up to form a basket.
